About 40 or so of our SCBJC members and guests shared a wonderful afternoon to remember Succot at the La Zenia beach front on 9 Oct. Blessed with clear skies, about 30^oC of sunshine and heat, a slight breeze from the water and wonderful company and camaraderie, we ate, drank, chatted, sat, swam and even played a round of soccer. There was no way to miss all the beach umbrellas that formed our circle of companionship.

Many of us were still there after 5:30pm and I am not sure who was the last one to leave. Many of us are looking forward to the next year. But one thing that all had in mind and was said: We miss Alan and Jackie!! G-d give you strength and health for a full recovery.
