Friday, 13th. October saw our 8th Simchat Torah party..........and what a party it was! More than 40 people came along, all bringing plates of delicious food to share. The kiddush table has rarely looked so full and inviting. As well as a mixture of people from the four corners of the UK, I was pleased to see some old friends from London. There was a very cosmopolitan feel as we had our members flying in from Germany, Argentina, Holland, Cuba and Sweden to join in the festivities.

Now that we have two Sifrai Torah there were lovely processions around the hall; some of the men even danced!!

Jackie and I do enjoy staging the services and events for the Community, but this time it was especially heart-warming to receive so many emails afterwards thanking us for a lovely evening. In return, we would like to thank you all for your continued support.
